We gather at 4:40pm every Tuesday to say hello and state our prayer intentions.
We send these intentions to Medugorje in Yugoslavia, where Mary began appearing to a group of young people in the 1980s.
The petitions, placed in a book, are continually prayed for by the faithful at that site
.

Prayer is a part of our Catholic faith life.  Gathering together to lift our petitions and voices to God and Mary, our heavenly mother, is a joyful and loving act.

We reach out to our mothers when we need guidance and support.  We also treasure the times when we give back to our mothers with gifts and love to show how much they mean to us. Mary, the mother of our Lord, embraces us as her children and wants us to be close to her son, Jesus.  Saying the rosary is a time to reach out to Mary, ask her for help, and show her our love.

Teaching our families to pray the rosary can start as a habit that turns into a devotion.  Meditating on the divine mysteries gives us a chance to transcend daily stress.  It allows us to worship God and talk to Mary.  Praying the rosary with your family can connect multiple generations, and gives you a chance to plant a seed that may turn into an exceptional gift.

Join us in lifting our voices to Mary and God in the petition for the world's needs.

Elizabeth, filled with the holy Spirit, cried out in a loud voice and said,
"Most blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb."
