Special Prayer Events
Prayer Vigil for the Legal Protection of the Unborn On January 22 each year, we hold a 12-hour prayer vigil at St. Mary dedicated to the legal protection of unborn children. Come participate in any of our events that day. We begin with a Mass at 8am, followed by Eucharistic Adoration throughout the day. The day concludes with a closing candlelight prayer ceremony at 7:30pm. Click here to learn more.
St. Peter's Fire Following our Good Friday liturgy, we hold a unique 24-hour outdoor prayer vigil called St. Peter's Fire around our east-side fire pit. Individuals, families, or groups are invited to sign up to tend the fire for an hour and reflect on scripture accounts of Jesus and Simon Peter through Holy Thursday, Good Friday, and Easter Sunday. The vigil lasts until the beginning of our Easter Vigil Mass, during which the fire is blessed and used to light our new Easter candle. We encourage you to take this opportunity to sit in prayer for an hour in preparation for Easter. Click here to learn more.
America Needs Fatima Rosary Rally Join us in Kohlmann Park this October as we unite our prayers with thousands around the country asking for peace in our world. Click here to learn more.
