Looking for a Lenten Project…

Help assemble backpacks of food for local children in need. Contact the parish office to volunteer for one or more Thurs at 9am (about 1hr) in March. This provides kid friendly food for the weekend for children on reduced/free lunches at school.

Help read the stations at 6:30pm on Tuesdays following our Simple Supper. Great individual or family project for Lent. No experience necessary. Materials provided. Contact Jenny #352-2493 x14 or SMC.Lit@Q.com to get involved.

Lenten Reflection
on Tues & Wed, March 16-17 (both evenings are the same). Spend time reflecting on the scripture during this Lenten reflection. Feel the thorns that were placed on Jesus' head, sit in the garden & pray with Jesus as the disciples did, hear the pounding of nails as Jesus was nailed to the cross & more. This evening is for high school students & adults of the parish. A special invitation is to all liturgical ministers. At the end of the evening (which will last approximately an hour) will be an updated training for all ministers.

Quiet Reflection… During Lent, take some time for silent reflective prayer in our Reservation Chapel, SW corner of the church nave.
Friday Evenings: During Lent, join Julie & Phil Paladino in our chapel for Quiet Reflection at 6:00 pm. Prayers at 6:30pm Come for both or one. Attend as your time allows.
Lunch Breaks: The chapel will be open week days during lunch time. We will have questions available in the chapel to reflect on. Come & go as your time allows.
Wed, 10:30-11am: Waverly Homes “Hi-Rise” (near public library), 2nd floor kitchen area. Study & reflect on the Rosary & Stations of the Cross.
Rosary… "Sit With Me: The Rosary for Homebound, Sick and Dying” with prayer led by Archbishop Jerome Hanus, OSB is available for personal reflection in the Chapel of Reservation during office hours. We also have 4 copies in the office for check-out.

Involvement Fair…

When a loved one no longer follows the Catholic faith...

Do you have a loved one who no longer practices their Catholic faith? Let's get together and talk a bit about what we think may have been a cause for their decision to leave, how we might wish to handle this kind of situation, and what we might do when this is a part of our life. We cannot offer solutions, but we may come up with some insight on how we can personally deal with this time in our life. Join us Thurs, March 11, 7pm in classroom B.

Q&A Forum with Fr. Mike

Got a question or want some straight answers about the church? Fr. Mike will lead a one-hour session to address the issues you are wondering about. Informal, time to share - and hopefully laugh! Sessions are Wed, Mar 10 at 6:30 pm. No registration necessary. We will gather in class B
